Clinical safety and who is responsible
aurii drafts clinical documentation. The treating clinician signs it and remains responsible for the clinical content.
Sign-off before dispatch
Dispatch is refused on any letter that is not signed. The refusal is raised before any delivery adapter runs, so it applies to every channel. A letter that was signed and then bounced can be dispatched again.
1. aurii drafts the note, the letters, the discharge summary and the billing items from the consult. 2. The clinician reviews and edits the draft, and corrects numbers and detail. 3. The clinician signs, and the signature carries the clinician's name and the time it was applied. 4. Only then is the signed document dispatched to the recipient and written to the record.

Doses, measurements and numbers
Numbers in a draft are transcribed from speech and can be wrong.
Document types
