Create an account in the iPhone app or at app.aurii.com.au/signup.
How the trial starts

Account creation
Sign up with your name, email and specialty, then add a card on Stripe's checkout page. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.

Template setup
Set your letterhead and templates in settings before the first consult. The template set.

The recorded consult
You talk through the consult. aurii drafts the note, the GP and referrer letters and the discharge summary. You edit and sign.

Delivery
Signed letters go out over Medical Objects once your practice is registered as a sender. aurii completes that registration with you during setup. Until then, a signed letter can go by email.
What the trial includes

The paid product on your own consults. The 30 days run from account creation.

After the trial
- Day 31
The card added at signup is charged the day the 30 days end, then monthly.
- Before then
Two reminders go to the practice owner, seven days before the trial ends and again the day before, each carrying the date, the amount and a cancel link.
- The card
Card details stay on Stripe and are never held by aurii. The card on file, the next charge date and the amount are in the app under Admin, then Subscription.
- Seats
Billed per clinician, on the seat count set in the app.

Cancellation
- Where
Cancel from Settings > Billing in the app, in one tap.
- Timing
A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for, and can be reactivated until then.
- Terms
One plan, no lock-in contract. Hospitals and groups are quoted separately.
- Your records
Deletion runs on request. What is deleted and what the practice keeps.
