Software engineer

The codebase is a TypeScript monorepo. The web app is Next.js 15 and React, with Prisma over the clinical data model. A SvelteKit 2 and Capacitor wrapper builds the mobile apps. The iPhone app is on the Australian App Store. Hosting and backups are in Australian regions. Where the data sits.

What you will do

  • Build across the record: capture, notes, correspondence, billing and discharge.
  • Work in the Next.js and React web app, with Prisma over the clinical schema.
  • Ship the mobile apps through the SvelteKit and Capacitor wrapper.
  • Treat the audit trail, access control and encryption as product surfaces.
  • Put your work in front of the specialists we onboard.

What you need

  • Strong TypeScript in production.
  • Depth in React, Svelte or both.
  • Care for correctness in software where a wrong note has consequences.
  • Comfort owning a problem end to end in a small team.
  • The right to work in Australia.

Clinical advisor

aurii works with registered GPs and specialists who advise on the product between clinics.

What you will do

  • Pressure-test capture, the note and the discharge summary against a clinical day.
  • Review letters and discharge summaries from the receiving end, as the GP or referrer.
  • Advise on which parts of a consult aurii should draft.

What you need

  • Current registration to practise medicine in Australia.
  • Active practice as a GP or a specialist.
  • A working interest in how documentation, correspondence and billing move through your day.
  • The willingness to tell us where the product is wrong.
