What the price covers
- Dictation and ambient recording of the consult
- Your ward round list, ordered for the round
- Recording with no signal, uploaded when the phone reconnects
- A photographed referral read into the chart
- Progress and admission notes, GP and referrer letters, and discharge summaries
- Amend and re-sign, with every version kept
- Signed letters go to the GP over Medical Objects, and results are uploaded to the patient's timeline.
- The aurii app is on the Australian App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android, and aurii runs at app.aurii.com.au in a browser.
- Multi-factor sign-in with passkeys (WebAuthn) or one-time codes, required on every account
- Records are held in Australian regions, and every change is written to an audit log.
Pricing questions
Yes. No lock-in contract and no exit fee. Cancel from Settings > Billing > Subscription in the app. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Yes. The card is added on Stripe's own checkout page; aurii does not see or store the number. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. The first charge is on the day it ends, and cancelling before then charges nothing.
The headline price is ex GST. A$199 + GST is A$218.90 per clinician per month. A$1,908 + GST is A$2,098.80 per clinician per year. GST is itemised on every invoice.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access runs to the end of the year paid for, under the fees and billing terms.
Three or more clinicians, procurement to run, a data processing agreement to put in place, or central invoicing. Start at aurii for hospitals.
No charge for the registration itself. Where a practice already receives over Medical Objects but holds no sending licence, that licence is Medical Objects' own annual fee, A$620 + GST, passed through to you at cost with no aurii markup. Medical Objects reach covers the practice software that receives aurii letters.
