Yes. There’s no lock-in contract and no exit fee. Once you’re set up, cancel from the billing portal (payments run through Stripe) or email [email protected] and we do it for you, and the subscription stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
We’re onboarding clinicians in small batches so every setup gets proper attention, so access starts with a short conversation rather than a checkout. Request early access and a person on the team replies within one Australian business day, sets aurii up with you on your own admissions, and confirms the billing with you before anything is charged.
No. Requesting access takes nothing but your name, your specialty and where you round. Nothing is charged and no card is needed at that point. When billing does start it runs through Stripe (PCI DSS compliance via Stripe); we never see or store the number.
Three or more clinicians, or any of: procurement to run, a data processing agreement to put in place, shared governance to satisfy, or central invoicing. We price per active clinician, invoice on NET 30, and walk your governance questions through with the team that built the product. Start at aurii for hospitals.
The headline price is ex GST, which is how practices compare software. What’s actually charged is A$218.90 per clinician per month (A$199 + A$19.90 GST) or A$2,098.80 per clinician per year (A$1,908 + A$190.80 GST), itemised on every invoice.
A phone or a browser, and consent to record the consult. There is nothing to install on hospital infrastructure. Hospital dead spots are expected: capture is stored on your phone and reconciled the moment you are back in range, exactly once.
Audio, transcripts and drafts are stored encrypted in Sydney with a Melbourne backup and never leave Australia. Your records are never used to train AI models, and purge on request destroys them for good. The security page has the detail.
You ask before you record, as part of your normal consent conversation. The patient explainer is written for exactly that moment: where the recording goes, who can see it and how long it is kept, in plain language for the patient.
For the waiting room there is a printable patient consent sheet: one A4 page carrying the same answers, with a code the patient can scan for the full explainer.
