The patient is asked before capture starts: wording for that conversation.

Measurements taken in silence do not reach the draft. A range-of-movement reading, a dynamometer figure or a score worked out afterwards is spoken in the room or typed in. aurii does not grade a functional measure, set a diagnosis or choose an intervention.

Each session in a course of care is captured and drafted on its own, and comparison with the previous session is the clinician's work. Signing stamps the note with the signing clinician and the time.

The report to the referring GP is drafted from the session it documents, in the practice's letter template.

Signed letters go out over Medical Objects. Integrations. A recipient is reachable when they are listed on the Medical Objects network. Fax and HealthLink are not delivery channels aurii offers.

The signed session note and the signed report are filed in the patient record by the practice.

Billing items are captured at the bedside against the episode, for your practice to claim. Billing. Until it clears, sessions are billed in the practice's own software.
